Base

This base release focuses on the transformation of 20150202 cbdb src files. Indexes are configured accordingly. Unlike later releases this binary contains both cbdb src files AND a full export into TEI.

This marks the 2nd full export of cbdb into TEI, aka the first fully valid one.
