A Balatro mod that destroys all jokers and generates 5 new ones every blind (except the first one)

An Idea by my friend RedWire that I decided to learn how to mod Balatro in order to make.

Long story short, Balatro is a huge pain in the ass to mod.

This is a mod for Balamod, and as such it will NOT work with Steamodded
