OpenHRP3のバージョン3.2.0下でビルドできるための修正です．
可能な限りcmakeのOPENHRP_LIBRARY_VERSIONで自動置換出来るようにしましたが，
.py, .launch, .xml, .confなどに対して全てconfigure_fileのための.inを用意するのもどうかと思い，
依然，「3.2」とハードコードされたままです．
なのでOpenHRP3.1下では動作しなくなってしまいます．
これを期にライブラリ名やパッケージ名からバージョン番号を消し去ってしまうのではダメですかね？
