[camera_android] Disable specific image resolution tests while bugged

The tests for taking an image at a specific resolution are bugged on the current testing setup.

@reidbaker These tests seem to be failing on main and with #7587. I'm hoping to unblock that PR by landing this, but happy to jump on solving this issue to unblock it versus landing this, just let me know.

Based on the failure (example), looks like the Pixel 7s we run in the devicelab don't support as low a resolution we expect. Not quite sure how to go about fixing that right now except for not testing that low a resolution.
