Installation via administration: 'Administration > Plugins > Upload new plugins'

What is it for?

It is designed to support the creation of plugins from the Friends of Sunlight CMS community. It includes utilities and tools to simplify and unify functionality across plugins. It is not desirable to copy the same code over and over into different plugins...
