WHAT
Add an expiration to membership object so we can destroy memberships when a users access to group expires.
WHY
There are certain memberships we want to have time limits on. e.g providing access to PII data for people who do not need permanent access. Metabase doesn't provide the functionality to remove a person from a group with an expiration date natively so destroying the membership via terraform is an alternative.
