Source code to go with for first release to PICO-8 BBS (https://www.lexaloffle.com/bbs/?tid=45105)

Not exactly the same source code as that web-playable version, but close-- this one includes many more in-code comments and some code cleanup that shouldn't cause any changes but hasn't been as heavily tested.
