This PR adds a basic CI-Workflow to release a Multi-Platform Image on the InspectIT Docker Hub, when pushing to main.
This is required, cause we want to deploy a Integration / Demo-Environment on AWS for showcase purposes.
@EddeCCC: I kept the palantir-gradle-docker-plugin in the build-Skript for local builds, but since it is deprecated and the docker-build-and-push action works pretty well, I´m not using it in the ci.
