Syncing Files (Admin)

OTTR changes are pushed to this repositort (AnVIL_Template) via PR. These changes should be checked and merged into main prior to doing any syncs to downstream AnVIL repos.
Testing your Sync
You can test the downstream sync by manually running the Test Sync Files workflow. Select the branch with your changes and select the repository you want to test any new sync-able changes on.
Syncing
You can run the sync by manually running the Sync Files workflow. Running the sync from main ensures you aren't pushing any incomplete/untested changes downstream.
