Links in ToC now relative instead of absolute. In forks, doesn't jump to github.com/karan when clicking them anymore.
Re: last commit. Also updated contribution and solutions links.

Many links in
README.mdare absolute, and point directly to the repo at karan/Projects. Made them relative instead so they also work in forks and link to the forked file.
