IMO: Should update new version for file_picker, I think it's support to Linux

@nqhhdev I think that to upgrade file_picker we need to upgrade flutter to latest version:

Because every version of integration_test from sdk depends on web 0.3.0 and file_picker >=8.0.1 depends on web ^0.5.1, integration_test from sdk is incompatible with file_picker >=8.0.1.
So, because fluffychat depends on both file_picker ^8.0.3 and integration_test from sdk, version solving failed.
