This release polishes the building and maintenance of the simulator.

The simulator can now be built using the Makefile on Linux systems (only Arch has been tested so far). It removes the use of Cmake as the main build system.

Additionally, the TTF font used by the simulator can be changed to something else at build time with the FONT_PATH pre-processor variable.
