Exam: wrong message when I delete a run test

Describe the bug

When I delete a test run in an exam I get a wrong text in the confirmation message.

To Reproduce

1. Create an exam
2. Create a test run
3. Delete the test run
4. Check you get the follown message (see the screenshot)

Expected behavior

Should say something like "Test run deleted"
