Of course the day after I add this, I realise I made a big mistake with the "export for DLL" attribute stuff. So that's fixed in
1.71.8.As with the previous version, tests will fail on Windows + clang-cl, and MSYS2 + clang, due to LLVM issue #61916. The library still works there, but can't have reproducible tests on those platforms yet.
