- Supports Migrations 3.4.0

- Mybatis core is no longer a dependency of this plugin as it was removed from migrations
- Plugin fixed for maven 4 support requirements

Build
- Migrated to junit 5 using maven 4 with some code copied from maven to support maven 3 plugin with junit 5.
- Rename license.txt to LICENSE_HEADER
- Run on Renovate now
- Use secure urls throughout
- Build is now reproducible
