I also noticed that Sentinel is not always detected since the publisher can be Sentinel Labs, Inc.
I can fix the regex to "sentinel ?(one|labs)", do you want me to do it in the same PR?

Please also update the readme to add new AV engine to list ;)
Let me know if you need a newer pypi release version for convenience.
