- Fix for Issue DSK limited to 80 sectors #101 - Add support for FDD images with 81 and 82 tracks.
- Fix for Issue Why is CHANNEL_VOLUME_CURVE_POWER = 30? #102 - PSG Volume Curve is incorrect.
