Reason for change: Disable the arc signal, when arc init request comes from device with phy addr other than 2.0.0 Test Procedure: Connect any device with LA 5 to physical port other than 2.0.0 and see if the command is executed Risks: Low Signed-off-by: shashankkumarc <[email protected]>
