ShareDB 1.0 Breaking change candidates

This is a list of candidates for breaking changes to ShareDB 1.0. As of 2018-Oct, ShareDB is on 1.0-beta.

Change Share numeric error codes to string error codes, to more closely mimic how Node does errors.
Remove connection.debug flag, which enabled printing op traffic to the console, in favor of enabling it via the loglevel logger. See https://github.com/share/sharedb/pull/252/commits/773fc915aaca95942dcfa17b9ea3be78bf5b69da for details.

Not all of these may make it in.
