@BrenoPorfirio verifique os comentários para corrigir os problemas. Não precisa criar novo Pull Request, enquanto ele estiver aberto, ou commit que você fizer na branch master irão atualizá-lo.

@BrenoPorfirio esse seu arquivo README.md deve está dentro do seu diretório, não deve sobrescrever o README do diretório raiz (tarefas/20241).
