Welcome to the Torr Vision Group! We are very glad you are joining us, hope you are going to have a blast with us (likewise, we look forward to working with you! 🎉 ).

0. If Phil has not authorized you, please make sure that you have emailed him to permit you to get on board.*
1. Get access to the group GitHub to view the pages below and the rest of the group wiki. The current GitHub administrators are Shuyang, Runjia and Francisco*.
2. Talk to Ivan (ground level, IEB) to create a robots account. Your username must be 8 characters or less. This will give you an robots.ox.ac.uk email address, and allow you to set up your personal web page under the same domain. (Tips on managing your email)
3. Ask an administrator of the Slack group (Katie) to be added to Slack, which is the team communication platform used by TVG.
4. Ask the current mailing list admin (Katie) to be added to the torr-vision mailing list.
   • You should automatically receive seminar announcements simply by being in at least one of the torr-vision/students/staff/etc mail aliases.
5. Add yourself to the people's page of the TVG website. If you don't know how to do it, please check the Guide on TVG website.
6. Read about the servers that we have access to: ARC, TorrNodes, JADE and JADE 2. Follow the instructions to create an account at any that you will need.
