Initialize repo restructring to add LoginFlow AI

Purpose

This PR initialize the repo structuring to add the login flow AI component to the existing sign-on-methods tab pane. Following changes have been made in this PR.

• Rename sign-on-methods component as sign-on-methods-core
• New sign-on-methods component renders the previous sign-on-methods (now sign-on-methods-core) component as a child component.
