SP1 of Sinon will be a simple, module based python implementation of a pilot framework. Its architecture is similar to the BigJob architecture: a client side python library and a remote pilot agent communicate over a central Redis instance, which is used as central storage for state information. All remote interactions of the SP1 implementation will be based on SAGA-Python.
