- no failures on a DVM covering 1 node: no matter number of tasks, speed, duration, ... (~50 t/s) (max concurrency: 172 = 1 t/hwthread)
- rare failures on 2 nodes when concurrency > 250 with no delays, no failures otherwise
- rare failures on 4 nodes when concurrency < 250 with 20 t/s, mostly stable
- always failures on 4+ nodes with no delays, and mostly with 20 t/s
- always failures on 10 nodes with 10 t/s (limited number of runs)
- all tests done with 4k tasks
